These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player," "User," "you") and codph (the "Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at codph.vip. To access the real-money features of codph, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update your account information promptly if it changes.
One Account Per Person. You may hold only one registered account on the codph platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across all identified accounts.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. codph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify codph support immediately through the live chat function on the platform.
codph reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, with withdrawal access withheld pending resolution.
All financial transactions on the codph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are using are legally yours and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
Accepted Payment Methods. codph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods, subject to availability: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, Metrobank online transfer, InstaPay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected over-the-counter retail partners including 7-Eleven CLiQQ. codph reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods without prior notice.
Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day and are displayed in the cashier section of your codph account at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. Standard processing times apply: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank. codph does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal to Same Method. As a general rule, codph requires withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements. This policy exists to prevent financial fraud and money laundering.
codph is required by applicable regulations to perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) due diligence on player accounts. Large or unusual transactions may be subject to additional review before processing, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

Where an outcome was determined before the disconnection, that result stands. codph is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, misprint, or technical error resulting in incorrect odds, payouts, or other outcomes, codph reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return wagers to players. Winnings derived from a clearly erroneous display or malfunction will not be honored.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the codph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the codph platform without prior written authorisation from codph.
The trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on the codph platform are registered or unregistered marks of codph or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any codph intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, codph expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform and its services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
codph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of the codph platform, whether based on contract, tort, statutory duty, or any other legal theory.
In jurisdictions where liability cannot be fully excluded, codph's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your codph account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
codph does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
Your privacy matters to codph. The collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by the codph Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.
By registering an account on codph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, customer support, and responsible gaming monitoring.
codph complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations in the collection, processing, and storage of all personal data belonging to Philippine residents.
Amendments. codph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, codph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Termination by You. You may close your codph account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed identity verification.
Termination by codph. codph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, for any material breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to: providing false information, engaging in prohibited activities, failing age or identity verification, or for any reason required by regulatory authorities.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the codph platform, you are encouraged to first contact the codph support team to seek an amicable resolution. codph aims to respond to formal player complaints within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal support channels, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.
For any legal proceedings not resolved through the above, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
